Stee-phen. Can you even believe it? Ten years ago to this very day, one of the most ground-breaking shows to ever hit our television screens aired its first episode.

Fine. It may not have changed television as we knew it, but it did introduce us to the girl who would soon be known as "The Girl Who Didn't Go to Paris," Lauren "LC" Conrad. Which is good enough for us.

In honor of this special anniversary, we chose the theme song, "Come Clean" by Hilary Duff as this week's Throwback Thursday.

Sit down, relax, put on your best black and white attire, watch the video, and most importantly... keep dancing on the bar, slut!

What's your favorite "Laguna Beach" moment?

Blink and You Missed It!

We here at Sexy Trash LOVE Broadway! Chances are, if you see a Broadway musical or play these days, you will most likely see a familiar face on stage. Sometimes you will recognize a star, and other times you will see someone whose star has burnt out.

Listed here are some stars heading to the stage that you may not have known about:

Rupert Grint

Though he has one stage role under his belt in London, he is making his Broadway debut in October alongside Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Megan Mullally and Stockard Channing. He will be playing the role of Frank Finger in It's Only a Play.

Rupert s best known for his role as Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films. His Potter costars, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe, have seen moderate success at the box office compared to Grint. Though none of them will (probably) ever reach the film success they had with the Potter Films, we hope Rupert finds his niche on Broadway.

Jake Gyllenhaal

Jake Gyllenhaal seems to have gotten more press over the years for his high profile relationships with Reese Witherspoon, Taylor Swift and most recently Rachel McAdams, than his movie roles.

What used to appear to be a promising film career with remarkable roles in Donnie Darko, Brokeback Mountain and Jarhead seems to have wavered off and in its place he has chosen more traditional Hollywood-type roles.

His Broadway debut is this December in Nick Payne's Constellations. Kudos to him for leaving his comfort zone, something that made us fall in love with him in the first place.

Maggie Gyllenhaal

Being the Solange of the Gyllenhaal family, she never quite reached the same popularity as her brother, but she has made a name for herself in her own right. Despite receiving many awards and nominations, she still doesn't seem to have the pull and recognition she has worked hard for the past 20+ years.

No stranger to the stage, she will star this October in The Real Thing alongside Ewan McGregor and Cynthia Nixon.

Keep working at it, Maggie... you'll get there eventually... maybe?

And across the pond, we have..
Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay... we really hope you cleaned up your act this time! We want nothing more than for you to make a comeback, and hopefully your premiere on West End in Speed the Plow sets you on the right path.

We know you have talent in you somewhere (maybe deep down... below all that spray tan and plastic surgery...) and we are just waiting for you to dominate on stage and make your way back to the big screen and into our hearts. That would be grool!

Well, that is all for this week. We wish them all the luck in the world, and hope the newcomers don't become laughingstocks of the theater circuit... though it would give us entertaining gossip. Until next time...

Man Crush Monday: Robert Ri'Chard (NSFW)

This week's Man Crush Monday is Cousin Skeeter!

No, not the puppet - Robert Ri'Chard, the human star of the old Nickelodeon show.

Since Cousin Skeeter, he made appearances in a few movies and television shows (House of Wax, Veronica Mars, One on One), but seems to have disappeared for quite some time. We've always wondered where he went, but Holy Hannah Montana, when we saw recent pictures, the answer was clear. Baby Boy has been at the gym.

Robert has taken over the lead role in Chocolate City (the black equivalent of Magic Mike) after Romeo Miller allegedly couldn't handle the dance moves.

Um. We're fine with the casting changes.

A Step Inside Central Perk

This weekend, we were lucky enough to step foot into a place we've waited twenty years to visit. No, we're not talking about Eureka's Castle. Or the Mickey Mouse Club house. Both of those places would be fun, as well, but no - we're talking about the life-changing coffee shop known as Central Perk.

Home-away-from-apartment for ten years, Central Perk was the favorite hangout spot for our favorite Friends. And we finally got them off of the famous orange couch long enough to sit there and enjoy our coffee.

The couch. We were in the presence of the couch!

Friends merchandise!

Iconic props throughout the series include Rachel's sonogram, Ross's "Science Boy" comic, and a VHS of "Buffay the Vampire Layer"
Monica's engagement ring and their vows!

Monica and Chandler's wedding invitation

Costumes from all six cast members! Jennifer Aniston is SO skinny.

Signed scripts from the pilot and the finale

Joey's dog!
The Gellar Cup!

Central Perk teams up with Eight O' Clock Coffee and will be open until October 18 on the corner of Lafayette and Broome streets.

Pilot Prattle: The Mysteries of Laura

After being burned by Debra Messing's performance in Smash (that show was a mess; let's just say it), we were hesitant to watch The Mysteries of Laura.

On paper, it was nothing we enjoy: we hate detective shows, and we only like Messing as Grace.

But when we were forced into watching the pilot, it just kept getting better and better. For starters, it was genuinely funny. We laughed out loud numerous times, from both witty banter and visual comedy. All of this these chances for humor allowed for Messing's character, Laura, to be a Grace Adler/Buffy Summers/Lynette Scavo hybrid. And it works.

As for the detective stuff, that works for us, too. These characters are likable, and although it was only the first episode, we still somehow care for the characters. We want to see them solve mysteries. In the first scene, Laura shoots someone's ear off. On purpose. We'll watch anything where someone gets their ear shot off. Don't you think a certain split-screen talk show fight would have ended differently if shooting off an ear was allowed?

It was also fun to see Veronica Mars's father again, Enrico Colantoni, playing Laura's boss, the chief of police.

Critics are tearing this show apart, but we loved every minute. We say, give it a try and see if you enjoy it. We honestly don't know how you could hate it. It's smart, it's funny, and more importantly - we finally have Grace back on TV.

LC's Wedding Dress Revealed! ...Kind Of.

As promised, we have a photo of Lauren Conrad's wedding!

This is the only photo released to the public from the event so far, but US Weekly will be posting more on their website and in their issue that hits stands this week. As soon as they do, we will be here to do the same. Until then...this will have to do.

"Give Her Another Take!" The Comeback: Season 2

It's been nine years since HBO'S The Comeback starring Lisa Kudrow has been on the air, but let's face it... sometimes it feels like longer.

Because we have no lives, sometimes we imagine where these characters would be today. Well, thanks to a eight-episode season two and an early backstage peek from Entertainment Weekly, we no longer have to imagine:

Set in 2014, season two finds desperate actress Valerie Cherish (Kudrow) cast in Seeing Red, a single-camera HBO dramedy written by her old nemesis Paulie G., the writer who all but terrorized her on the set of their 2005 sitcom Room & Bored. Fresh from his second stint in rehab, Paulie has written a dark HBO comedy loosely based on his behind the scenes struggles with drugs while working with Valerie on Bored.
“Valerie agrees to play it even though she’s probably playing the worst version of herself, because she thinks it will take her to the next level,” says co-creator King. “The closer Valerie gets to this heat, the more her life starts to fall apart.” Producer Dan Bucatinsky describes the season in a question: “What happens when a woman who is really interested in continuing to have cameras on her also winds up in one of the most challenging acting roles of her career?”
As for the other characters...

Juna is now a full time leading lady (Malin Akerman wishes.)

Chris is a big-screen action hero (Kellan Lutz wishes.)

Publicist Billy (Scandal's Dan Bucatinsky) is head-to-head with Valerie's hairstylist Mickey for the closest spot in her inner circle.

This is one of the funniest, smartest shows on television, and we can not wait for season two to premiere on November 9 at 10 p.m!

Blink and You Missed It!

We've been spoiled with many celeb weddings this month! That list includes Ashley Tisdale, Lauren Conrad and Neil Patrick Harris. But while you were reading up on the details of people that matter, D-Listers were getting married, too! Hey... every dog has its day.

Cheyenne Jackson and Jason Landau
Cheyenne, best known for his roles in 30 Rock and a three episode stint in Glee, was married for the second time in about 2 years this past weekend. He was previously in a relationship with Monte Lapka since 2000, marrying in 2011. They divorced mid-2013. I truly hope he has found long-lasting happiness this time around.

Ryan Merriman and Kristen McMullen
Ryan (known for his roles in 'Pretty Little Liars', 'Final Destination 3', and the Disney Channel Original Movie classics 'Smart House' and 'The Luck of the Irish') and Kristen married on September 6th in a private ceremony held at a Vineyard in Pennsylvania. Not much else is known, but mazel tov to the happy couple!

Holly Montag and... Someone?
Though her time in the spotlight is over, it was reported she was wed in Colorado this past weekend. There seems to be some confusion with some outlets reporting it was on Saturday and some reporting it was on Sunday. Either way, the Hills were alive with the sound of weddings (See what we did there? ... oh, it wasn't funny? Okay... moving on...) this past weekend being Holly and Lauren Conrad wed during the same weekend... possibly even the same day. If that was the case, it probably caused no scheduling conflicts or dilemmas for the cast of The Hills being no one on that show seems to talk to each other anymore. Like, really - was Audrina invited to either one?

Anyways, that is all for now. We here at Sexy Trash wish all the couples long and wonderful marriages! Until next time...

Fall TV Round Up - The CW

Jane the Virgin

Plot: Based on a telenovela, Jane the Virgin tells the story of a young Latina is accidentally artificially inseminated by the sperm of her childhood crush, now her boss.
Starring: Nobody we know.
Will It Last?: Probably not.
Will Sexy Trash Be Watching?: No thanks.

The Flash

Plot: An origin tale chronicling Barry "The Flash" Allen
Starring: Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, and Jesse L. Martin
Will It Last?: It will last as long as Arrow is on the air. Once that goes, this goes.
Will Sexy Trash Be Watching?: Only if there's good guest stars.

It's A Girl for Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes!

Congratulations, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes!

While we always loved Ryan with Rachel McAdams, we must accept what we cannot change, so we are thrilled to announce the lovely couple welcomed a baby girl this week!

PEOPLE confirmed the pregnancy back in July, but the couple kept the baby-to-be a secret for as long as possible.

No details of the baby have been announced yet, but based on the looks of both parents, we can't wait to see this little gem!

Play It Again, Dick

The time has come, Marshmallows!

The Veronica Mars spin-off-within-a-spin-off has finally premiered. While we'd prefer a sequel to the movie or even a Netflix series, we'll settle for this meta comedy.

Play It Again, Dick airs weekly on CWseed. In it, Ryan Hansen tries to pitch a Veronica Mars spin-off starring his character, Dick Casablancas. Cast members from the hit show will be dropping in throughout the show to reprise their characters and/or play characterized versions of themselves.

Check it out and let us know what you think!
