We've said it once and we'll say it again - Demi Lovato can do no wrong in our book. We always had a soft spot for the Disney tween, but it wasn't until she went around punching back-up dancers in the face that really made us love her. Then, we found out she wasn't just a woman scorned, but had deep-rooted problems, and we rooted for her, prayed for a quick recovery, and were glad to see her get back into the game.
So it's no surprise that we cry every. single. time. we hear "Skyscraper." Known at Sexy Trash as the "anthem to overcome anything," the song has become sort of personal ballad, dedicated not-so-secretly to us by Demi herself.
All versions of this song really get to us - the original, dance remixes, eight year old girls covering it on Youtube. But the one that is really making us feel it right now is the stripped down version that Demi has been posting all over this week. Twitter, Youtube, Facebook - no one can get away from the "Piano Only Version," but that's fine because we don't want to get away from it.
